Brula Cookery and Wine Tasting
Yet another of our now eagerly awaited cookery demonstrations/wine tastings was given in June by critically acclaimed chef/owner Bruce Duckett and his head chef Jamie of Twickenham restaurant Brula. In our air-conditioned showroom guests were treated to the best in mouth-watering classic French cooking.
Also on offer for our guests throughout the afternoon was a selection of delicious wines courtesy of Alastair Llewellyn-Smith of Thurman Hunt wine importers. Charlotte Church of The Shooting Star Children's Hospice in Hampton gave a brief talk on the charity and a collection was made at the end of the day - we raised £530 - thank you to our guests!
